CMDA articles, policy, and resources regarding physician-assisted suicide.
STUNNING FACT - For the first time in our nation’s history, Fentanyl overdoses have surged to become the #1 cause of death for ages 18-45!
Drug overdose deaths have reached a staggering all-time record high during a 12-month period from May 2020 to April 2021, with over 100,000 people dying of drug overdoses in the United States.
Thankfully, there are life-saving, evidence-based treatments that can be implemented, to successfully manage conditions such as opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder.
The last two years have taught us many life lessons and has made us all painfully aware of the ongoing mental health crisis exacerbated by the pandemic. The pandemic continued to fuel our addiction and drug overdose epidemic.
We at ERB strongly believe it is vitally important to have clinical and community care (medicine and ministry) working TOGETHER.
ERB continues to EDUCATE, EQUIP, AND ENGAGE healthcare providers, patients, families, and our communities, to shed light on this stigma and ignorance which shrouds addiction.
Our team is committed to fulfilling our mission to help people get the help they deserve. Addiction care is just as important as any other type of medical care.
